THE BUREAU

IBOAR
International Bureau of Art Research it’s founded by the coalition of CAC (Washington), TIAR (New York) and A/N/A (Tokyo, JP), arts professionals, and business leaders who are committed to the world’s unique creative community for art research and to engagement with critical issues in contemporary arts.
IBOAR provides a stimulating environment for artists, collectors, and researchers, as well as opportunities for the public to discover the vibrant range of art being produced today.
IBOAR’s program offers an extensive range of private and public activities in the form of seminars, lectures, discussions and other kinds of public events about topical issues within visual art. The events are primarily aimed at professional practitioners.
IBOAR addresses a public that perceives cultural phenomena as socially and artistically determined.
IBOAR is a long-term, transnational research, education, publishing, and exhibition project in the field of contemporary art and theory.
